This extends to solid timber bench tops, stair treads, and architectural timber details, each selected and finished to bring warmth and character into the everyday.
03. Restoration
Well-made furniture should last for generations. We offer restoration, refinishing, and ongoing maintenance for bespoke pieces — including scheduled care visits — so they continue to age beautifully and stay in excellent condition for years to come.
The Commissioning Process

Consultation
We begin with an initial conversation with you, your architect, or your interior designer to review inspiration and functional requirements. A personal site visit follows to study the architectural details of the space. This ensures your bespoke piece feels completely tailored and connected to your home.

Concept
We translate early ideas into initial hand sketches to explore proportion and form. Once a direction is chosen, we develop detailed 3D renders so you can clearly visualize how the bespoke piece will sit and feel within your completed space.

Design
With the design direction approved, we produce comprehensive working drawings and final material specifications. This step resolves every joinery and construction detail on paper, establishing a precise blueprint before any timber is cut.

Craft
Your piece is brought to life in the workshop using dedicated traditional craftsmanship. Throughout the build process, we share regular progress photographs so you stay closely connected to the making of your furniture or joinery.

Installation
Every piece is personally delivered and installed by us to guarantee the finished result meets our exacting standards. Once installed and meticulously checked, the project is professionally photographed, leaving you with a timeless piece built for decades of use.
